Introduction

My name is Alondra Ayala and I am a recent graduate from California State University, Stanislaus. I graduated in May 2019 with an international business management degree.  I decided to major into this because I love the idea of embracing myself into different cultures. The Language and Culture Assistant program is not only providing me with the opportunity to work in a different environment, but it is also teaching me to deal with different cultural differences. I also do not have any teaching background, therefore, I feel like this program has allowed me to gain multiple interpersonal skills.
